Shipping and packaging:

Shipping and packaging costs are estimated. We are using simplified flat model (just spitted to European Union countries and all other international destinations) for freight calculation changed by weight. However our prices are lower than standard prices offer by UPS. Freight cost includes transportation and all other related costs. There are not any hidden costs inside. Please be advised that if you choose to have a package ship to a location outside of the European Union, you are responsible for all duties, taxes and/or custom charges that may be incurred upon import. Customers required a special import care instruction shoudl make them on comments place during ordering.

Privacy:

All information submitted on Elcom Research is not passed on to any third party except for information required by banks for payment transactions when placing orders.

Conditions for the return of faulty goods:

Please don't return a product without making contact and talking to an engineer, as 99,9% of all problems can be rectified over the telephone or by e-mail. Please also search our discussion group, before decide to send unit back.  Should the product require service or replacement under warranty you will be given a returns authorization. Once we receive the item it will be tested, and if found to be faulty it will be replaced / repaired free of charge. Should the item be found not to be faulty then you will be required to the pay return shipping costs.

For returning, the customer has to pay for the return shipping cost and we will pay for the additional shipping costs for us to send the exchange shipment to the customer. Shipping method for the repaired units are always Register Express Mail (paid by our company, except if customer request and pay for different service.

Payment

Payment can be made by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, and soon American Express), COD, Wire transfer to our Bank Account (please use e-shop to determinate exact amount that should be transferred to our account) or via IBAN system. Before making wire or IBAN money transfer please send e-mail in order to receive instructions as also Bank details. PayPal is now  available for Greece, and we can offer this service to you.

Please note that all products before sending to customer are tested for 24 hours.
