TCPIP Over Radio Under Win2000
 

This is a brand new driver. Actually consists of two drivers. One for the Virtual Ethernet Card and another Protocol driver.

Since I haven't updated yet the help file here are the instructions to install it.
 

1. Unzip the file tcpip2000.zip in a clean directory.
2. Open Control Panel and select "add/Remove Harware".
3. Press [NEXT] and select "add/troubleshoot Device". Press [Next].
4. Wait while windows searching........
5. Select from the list the first item "Add a new device" and press [NEXT].
6. Select "No,I want to select the harware from a list". Press [NEXT].
7. Select from the list "Network Adapters", press [NEXT].
8. Press the [Have disk..] button, and browse to the directory where you have unziped the drivers.
9. Select the "AGWTCP2k.inf" file. Press [OK] to return to the Add hardware Wizzard. Select the "SV2AGW TCPIP Over Radio Ndis Driver" and press [Next].
10. Ii will ask you for Digital signature ignore it and press [Yes].
11. Press [Finish].
12. No from control panel select "Network and dial-up Connections. You should have this new entry. Double click it and press [Properties]. Select the "TCP/IP" protocoll and fill your ip , gateway and dns adresses.
13. You have finished with the installation of the Virtual Ethernet Card.
14. From the same properties dialog press the [Install..] button.
15. Select "protocol" and press [Add..].
16. Again press [Have Disk..] and browse to the temp directory. Select the "AGWAx25.inf" file.
17. Select the "SV2AGW IP Over Radio Protocol" and press [OK].
18. Now you have this new protocoll checked on EVERY Adapter you have. This is harmless for the other adapters but adds a bit overhead. So go to all adapters properties page and uncheck the "SV2AGW IP Over Radio Protocol".

You are ready now to configure AGW Packet Engine. Do it from the "TCPIP Over Radio Setup" dialog.
That's all, hope it is easy, but if you are running WIN2k you already know the procedures.

The driver is not free and you need to register. The registration fee is 28 $USA. Please be careful you need to register only the TCPIP driver. All other packet operations are free. You can register from BMP a company that handles my registrations. You can use any credit card, money order, checks etc. You can register from WEB secure, unsecured method etc, Fax, Toll free telephone etc. Please include the follow info.
